Located on the Hobart waterfront at Victoria Dock, Pearl + Co is a fabulous waterfront bar and restaurant. The floor to ceiling opening windows allow you to enjoy the view of the water. In fact, you can almost just about reach out and touch the local fishing boats!
Pearl + Co offers couches for you to relax on, both inside and on the sunny outside deck as well as great bar seating and tables, all with a view! The bar is stocked with selected spirits, delicious wines, local beer on tap and Tasmanian ciders.

After 20 years of working in kitchens in Sydney, Brisbane, London and Washington, D.C., Ben Gilligan has returned to his family home of Hobart, Tasmania.
He hopes to serve the local produce as beautifully as it comes in and work hard to make the food as great as the view at Pearl + Co.
