In the Off Season, we love a reason to celebrate!

The Festival of Oysters returns to Pearl + Co for the whole month of July, and features premium Tasmanian Oysters from around the state.

We have a range of great specials on, including award-wining Angasi Oysters from The Oyster Province. The Angasi is a native Tasmanian deep-water oyster known for their full bodied flavour.

Festival of Oysters will run to the end of July.
