This Off Season, Pearl + Co is turning up the heat every Thursday night, from 7th May - 27th Aug!
As the sun sets over Victoria Dock, our team will be firing up an outdoor grill on Pearl’s deck to showcase a specially curated, ember-kissed menu.
Seasonal local seafood will be on offer, featuring smoked oysters, scallops, squid, lobster alongside other fresh Tasmanian offerings cooked over open flame.
Chose our $89 per head menu, or just pick a few favourites to enjoy.

Alongside the grill, our bar team will be serving up a range of winter cocktails inspired by fire to compliment the smoky flavours from the kitchen.
Then, once a month, keep your eyes peeled for our local wine-maker collaboration, as the producer comes onsite to pair beautiful grapes to compliment the grill.
All this can be enjoyed from the comfort of the restaurant, but for the true pyromanicas, we’ll have soft blankets and outdoor seating available.
