We have joined forces with Stargazer to deliver a pearler of a wine pairing dinner full of flavour, fine wine, and tales about each pairing presented by the Winemaker and Executive Chef.
A delicious four-course degustation - featuring fresh Tasmanian oysters, Mures blue eye trevalla, scallops, Black Angus steak, and Bruny Island Cheese - will be accompanied by six Stargazer wines, hailing from Tasmania’s iconic Coal River Valley region.
