The Festival of Oysters returns to Pearl + Co from 17th - 31st August and features premium Tasmanian Oysters from around the state.

Discover a spirited new way to enjoy an oyster with Pearl + Co’s Whisky Oyster Shooter, featuring Sullivan’s Cove Navigator whisky and a natural Pacific oyster. Take a half shot of whisky, enjoy the oyster, then pour the remaining whisky into the shell for the final sip, a tasting ritual designed to complement the oyster’s natural brine and umami.
